BB11: John James Almost Leaves House Again!

Day 72: Once again John James has almost walked out of the Big Brother house, as pressures mount on him. First his relationship with Josie was at breaking point yesterday as she told him it was over, then Corin stood up to his make-up comments. He initially refused to wear a crab outfit during Bob Righter's Prediction Task and faced backlash from his fellow housemates, but the worst was yet to come.

Yesterday Corin went on a date with ex-housemate Nathan, who revealed he was dating Rachael. Only hours earlier John James had traded insults with Rachael, who came into the house to give him a massage.

Digital Spy reports that at around 12pm, the Australian housemate left the Diary Room and announced that he had decided to quit after discovering that ex-housemate Nathan was furious over comments John James made to his girlfriend, BB11's first evictee Rachael, upon her return to the house yesterday.

As fellow housemates begged him to reconsider and stated that he would look like a sore loser and a coward for leaving by the back door, John James remained adamant.

He argued: "The only difference between walking out now and tomorrow night is you're going to get your banter out there, your speech with Davina, I don’t care about that. What's the difference?"

After returning to the Diary Room, John James told the rest of the house that Big Brother had contacted Nathan, who apparently arranged to have breakfast with his mother this morning.

"They're on a friendly basis. Mum is aware of the situation and she wants me to walk out the front door," he detailed. "Nathan has not threatened any violent behaviour and will not threaten any violent behaviour."

However, he said that he still intended to leave the house unless he could speak to Nathan personally, a wish which was granted moments later when Big Brother allowed him to have a telephone conversation with the trainee joiner in the Diary Room.

"He said there's no hard feelings," John James reported. "He said I said something upsetting to somebody that he cares very dearly about."

"He said she came in here hoping to make peace," he added, arguing that Rachael had been "bantering" as much as he was. "But whatever, it doesn’t bother me. I'm willing to forget about that, just move on."

As John James confirmed that had been reassured enough to remain in the house, Josie praised Nathan for his efforts.

"Do you know what, fair play to him," she said.

"I knew he’d step up to the plate, old Nathey," David added. "Good boy."

BB11: Ex-Housemates Return To Big Brother House

Day 71: A flooded Big Brother house did not stop former housemates from re-entering the BB11 house as part of this weeks Bob Righter Prediction Task. First to return was upper crust Ben who greeted by an excited Mario, who ran over and hugged his previously close friend.

Mario then had to make a choice - become the mole again and be interviewed on ‘The Ben Show’, by ex-housemate Ben, OR be handcuffed to Ben for an hour. The housemates cheered as they saw Ben as Mario decided he wanted to be handcuffed for an hour with him.

John James picked Rachael to re-enter the BB11 house and give him a massage after Bob Righter gave him the choice between the two Rachel's, as part of The Prediction Task. The two housemates failed to see eye to eye during her short time in the house. and the massage didn't exactly relax John James. The pair continued to bicker as a rather arrogant John James had a go at the former housemate. Rachael was glad to leave the Task room as soon as Big Brother allowed her too. No love lost between the two housemates!

BB11: Jo Wants To Leave Big Brother House

Day 60: Jo became the latest in a long list of housemates that have thought about leaving the Big Brother house. This followed the atmosphere in the BB11 house following Rachel's eviction on Friday.

According to Digital Spy, Jo announced to Corin that she is thinking of walking out on Saturday, because of the difficult atmosphere she is experiencing in the house.

Speaking in the bathroom, the make-up artist also told Corin that John James's behaviour is affecting her time in the compound.

"Its vibes I'm getting," Jo described. "It’s the nature of the game, there's nothing you can do right or wrong in here, it's the name of the game. Everybody's personalities unfolds in here. I know what I'm like, I think, if I don’t like something I'm off but I can't do that with this."

Corin reminded Jo that it was in her personality to overcome obstacles and that after two weeks she was still getting used to being in the house.

"It's not just today, I almost went home yesterday," Jo replied. "I'm gonna tell you straight, I don’t like John James. I've told it to Josie and JJ, 'cause they're his friends. There's an attitude about him I don’t like."

Jo described that she was particularly annoyed with the Australian's attitude towards Rachel, and that just as John James found Rachel's voice and character annoying, she finds him just as irritating.

"Just because he's got his followers he thinks he's king of the untouchables," Jo continued. "A lot of the time when he's in a group, talking to people, I'm not interested. I don’t want to hear the sound of his voice.

"Every little thing about him, he is not my kind of person. Maybe I'm just gullible but I think they feel really good that the people they're popping off are being voted out each week. They get a buzz out of it, they think it's [only] going to be their exclusive untouchables left," she added.

As Jo started crying in the bath tub, she described how she had been determined to get into Big Brother but her new struggle was to remain in the house until she was put up for eviction.

"I've had two weeks, I got in, I always wanted to get in," she said. "Thing is I wouldn’t come out, I wouldn’t have negative things to say - it's just simple. I would even bang on about him, it's just I feel so bad."

"I think you need to pick yourself up from this Jo," Corin advised.

BB11: First Housemate Evicted From Big Brother 11

Day 10: The first housemate to evicted from the Big Brother 11 house with 37.5% of the vote, was announced by Davina McCall after England's lackluster World Cup performance against Algeria. The Big Brother eviction was a closer fought battle than the football match, at least it had winners and a loser - Rachael became the unlucky housemate as the public voted her out of the house.

Shabby was the first housemate to find out that she was safe, leaving Rachael and Sunshine fighting for the other safe place in the BB11 house.

BB11: Eviction Poll Result

Day 10: The results are in from our Big Brother Eviction Poll and although Shabby is the bookies favourite too become the first evicted housemate (8/13), it was Sunshine who topped your votes. You voted for Sunshine to be evicted with around 39% of the vote, although Paddy Power have the Lady GaGa lookalike as the LEAST likely to be evicted with odds of 6/1.

Rachael (15/8) seems to hold the key tonight as she came third in your votes, getting 26% and just 2% behind Shabby but is second choice with the bookies. We threw Dave into the Eviction Poll vote since he was initially up for eviction, and it seems one or two of you felt he should have been the housemate being evicted.

BB11: Bookies Predict Eviction Result

Day 9: At first it looked like a certainty that Sunshine would become the first housemate evicted from the Big Brother 11 house, that was until Dave threw Rachael into the equation as he escaped the public vote.

Now Paddy Power have Shabby as the housemate most likely to be evicted on Friday with odds of 8/13. Sunshine appears to be the safest on 7/2, having increased in popularity over the past two days as she moans less. Meanwhile Rachael could be the housemate who throws a spanner into the eviction as she becomes more unpopular and cries even more as she falls out with fellow housemates, the Beyonce lookalike is currently on 9/4 odds.

Yet 24 hours is a long time in the Big Brother house and anything could happen between now and 9pm on Friday (18 June 2010)

Day 8: This Friday will see a three way eviction battle between the girls as Sunshine, Shabby and now Rachael battle it out trying to avoid becoming the first Big Brother housemate to leave the house. Originally Dave was up for the public vote, but in a Nominations Twist - Big Brother set a Task allowing the winner to escape the public vote this week. Dave won the Mouse and Cheese Task, nominating Rachael to take his place because she is popular so will be fine.

Day 5: The bookies are already hard at work giving odds on who will be the outright winner of BB11. Although Steve looked like he would be the bookies favourite when the 14 housemates entered the house on Wednesday, now it looks like Mario the Mole has burrowed into the lead.
