That's Alicia Moore (aka Pink) in Malibu beach. I’ve never wanted summer to end as badly as I do now. If by chance I were to stumble upon one of those wish-granting genies in a bottle, my first wish would be to blanket Southern California with three feet of snow. Anything to keep Pink indoors.
